Often our vulnerable community is invisible to our government agencies. Bureaucracy has prevented access to resources and services for those with a difficult time having access to the internet, legislative hearings, conferences, and meetings that could assist with sustaining a healthy life.

MISSION

To promote and encourage diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility to community outreach and legislation with a focus connecting resources and services to the disabled, impaired and vulnerable communities.

VISION

To achieve diversity, equity and accessibility for the disabled, impaired and vulnerable community. That all residents in Baltimore City will understand and believe that they are stakeholders in their community, city and state regardless of their disability, impairment and vulnerable condition.
